As a Career Coach, Roz works primarily with: 

• Young adults (Age 16 - 25) interested in pursuing a career with horses but just not sure where to start, how to get established and simply unsure of the prospects
• Elite Athletes within the sport, attempting to grow to professional status - aspiring Junior / Young Riders, Part-time Professional Riders and higher level Competitive Riders looking to build a sponsorship portfolio 
• Coaches and Riding Instructors both new and experienced coaches and instructors looking at building their career, promoting their services or growing a riding school  
• Business Owners who are in the active stages of either starting up or expanding their horse business
